About Us

By day, Eileen has an average desk job as a Business Analyst, but at night, Eileen grabs her spatula and apron and transforms into a cupcake baking machine. Fulfilling everyone's cupcake cravings and desires by whipping up magically delicious cupcakes one dozen at a time.

Eileen's cupcake beginnings stem from her love of sweets and being creative. There have been many recipe trial and errors, researching and finding the best of each ingredient, watching a lot of YouTube 'how to' videos and giving out many cupcakes to her friends to sample and provide feedback.  Each cupcake's decoration is given lots of thought and research as to what would look best for that given occasion. Eileen enjoys working together with her clients to come up with the perfect designs for their cupcakes.

Inspiration for cupcake flavors come from her own taste of what sweets she likes as also just about anywhere... coffee flavours, ice cream flavours, cakes, cookies, etc.  There really is no limit to what cupcake flavors are out there.  If you have any ideas for other cupcake flavors you would like to try, please send Eileen an email at eileenscupcakecreations@gmail.com
